If you aren't completely satisfied, we will arrange for a full refund and even handle the heavy lifting for mattress removals.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal or contact our Sleep Specialists with your order number to start the process within your trial period.

  Schedule a Pickup

  For mattresses and furniture, we will coordinate with a local charity or recycling partner to pick up the item directly from your home at no extra cost.

  Pack Small Items

  For pillows, sheets, or weighted blankets, simply use the prepaid shipping label provided to send the items back via a local carrier drop-off point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once the pickup is confirmed or the return package is scanned, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
