Our mattresses are compressed, vacuum-sealed, and shipped in a conveniently sized box. Delivery is free within the contiguous United States and typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days.
Do Casper mattresses require a specific type of bed frame?
Casper mattresses work best on a firm, flat surface such as our upholstered base, platform bed, or a sturdy wooden slat frame with slats spaced no more than 4 inches apart.
How do I clean my Casper mattress cover?
The cover is designed for easy spot cleaning with a mild detergent and cool water. We do not recommend removing the cover or machine washing it as it may damage the specialized fabric.

All Casper mattresses come with a 10-year limited warranty that covers manufacturing defects and structural issues, ensuring your investment is protected for a decade.
